On being as rare and precious as pure gold.
Ana came all the way from Hamburg to take a bath in gold foil. After exploring heavy themes like PMDD and domestic abuse, this shoot was a breath of fresh air. We had no specific direction, so I just let Ana play in the water for a while. Don’t we all get our best ideas in the bath or the shower?
Ana came to play, nothing more and nothing less, and we had so much fun with the gold foil. This image is a reminder to stay playful and curious, to keep experimenting, to keep learning and to nurture the child inside of you.
