A second image from Spookey Bones’s Baignade Interdite, directly inspired by her Money act. I had oyster shells left over from a previous shoot, so all we needed was gold paint and a downpour of cash.
These two images carry a clear message: the female body sells. The more we show, the more people want to see, and the more we get shamed for it. Spookey knows how to sell her seashells. Fun fact: the person who assisted on this shoot and made it rain like a pro was my Mum.
